Hi! I’m Barbara, the creator of ESL Lesson Lab. After years of hands-on experience teaching ESL to adult learners, I’ve learned what truly works to get students engaged and talking. I understand the challenges of working with students who are hesitant to speak, and over the years, I’ve developed strategies that help break through those barriers and encourage conversation.

 

Throughout my career, I’ve experienced firsthand how challenging and time-consuming lesson planning can be, especially when you’re trying to create lessons that support both conversation and learning.

 

That’s why I started ESL Lesson Lab. My mission is to help other teachers save time on lesson prep by sharing my materials that I’ve successfully used with students. My goal is to provide easy-to-follow, engaging ESL lessons for teachers that enhance the learning experience and make teaching ESL easier for you.
